And the last cast member of the night is the incomparable Steve Bench, who plays the role of Norman. A little about Steve:
It was the role of Norman in Lancaster Regional Players production of “The Boys Next Door” a few years ago that brought Steve out of theatrical “retirement,” a role he thoroughly enjoyed. So, when he was recently asked to fill in for the same role for the first performances in this production, he immediately said “Oh, boy! Yes!” What a privilege it is to bring life to Norman again! Previous theatrical roles include Vernon Hines in “The Pajama Game,” Lazar Wolf in “Fiddler on the Roof,” Doc in “West Side Story,” Simeon in “Joseph…,” Sam Harris in “George M!,” David in “Enter Laughing,” and David in “Social Security.” Steve was a member of the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus for 27 years. He is a practicing Optometrist and owns his own office in Niagara Falls. He lives in East Amherst with his sons and three rescue cats.
Next up is our new awesome friend, Bob Bozek who plays the role of Arnold. He has been a part of numerous plays and shows and has also been in a gaggle of films which can be found on his IMDB page at https://imdb.me/bobbozek. He has played some neat characters such as Lester Gilman in Marshall in a scene with Josh Gad, Wendall in Cold Brook in scenes with William Fichtner, Kim Coates and Brad William Henke, Corrupt Scorekeeper in Odd Man Rush (Hulu), and stars as Bobby in Friends To The End (Puppet Nerd YouTube channel). He loves sloths, dinosaurs, arms with Tunde, jellybeans, and likes the number 134.
