ITOWNY has gone green! Sure, we will have copies of the playbill at our shows but we love our environment and want to save as many trees as we can, so a color version of the playbill is now available online!
Check it out before you see the show to see who’s who! Review it after to check out the awesome pics and ads! Or even better, take a look at it so you can find out how to join ITOWNY as a season subscriber! We need you!

Inclusive Theater of WNY opened its inaugural play on Thursday, October 11 and held a well attended gala before the play on Saturday, October 13th.
The play, “And Where Will You Put the Things You Save?” was written by Baroness von Smith, a WNY playwright and directed by Virginia Brannon. The talented cast includes veteran WNY actors Steve Brachmann, Jessica Levesque and John Profeta (just off his powerhouse performance in Farenheit 451 at Subversive Theatre).
Audiences have been enthusiastic and we’ve received a lot of positive feedback about the play, the chemistry between the actors, and the subject matter. Read the review by Cherie Messore of Buffalo Theater Guide here. The play runs through October 28th at Alleyway Theatre. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm; Sundays at 2pm. You can purchase tickets here.
Inclusive Theater of WNY celebrates National Coming Out Day!
ITOWNY honors all who have come out as LGBTQ or as an ally for equality! Every person who speaks up changes more hearts and minds, and creates new advocates for equality.
Please know that you always have a safe and supportive place at Inclusive Theater! You are wanted. You are loved. And you are always welcome. 🌈
John Profeta joins the cast of And Where Will You Put the Things You Save? as Alex Rubens – Nick’s fiancé and an adjunct science professor and environmental activist! Nick navigates life with his fiancé and his sister – both with their share of challenges – calmly and rationally while at the same time, rebelling as an activist!
John’s portrayal of Nick is inspired and the chemistry with his two co-stars in palpable! We are so thankful to have him in our inaugural performance!
