Meet the Behind the Scenes Players of Tom Griffin’s The Boys Next Door – Director, Matt Boyle

Leading us on The Boys Next Door journey is Director Extraordinaire – the incomparable Matt Boyle!

About Matt: Matt is an aspiring director, a pretty good actor, a developing playwright and hates producing (which is probably what he does best in theater). Matt has had several of his short plays produced by Alleyway Theater, SCA and WNY-ART including: Brotherhood of the Whirlpool Box, The Only Easy Day was Yesterday, and LAWN WARS. His plays Waiting for Domino’s and Enter Bozo and F#*%y were produced by the Buffalo Writers’ Group for their annual Rust Belt Book event. He has directed Harvey (SCA), Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs ((Lancaster Regional Players) and Neil Simon’s Laughter on the 23rd Floor (SCA). Acting roles include: Ricky Roma (Glengarry Glen Ross), Clown #2(The 39 Steps), Asst. Principal Panch (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee) and Martini (One flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest). He owes debts he can’t repay to God, his wife, family and friends.

The Boys Next Door runs April 13-16 & 21-23 at St Mary’s High School in Lancaster! Ticket link https://m.bpt.me/event/5737324?fbclid=IwAR3jeA_UI6O7nImMb5p7TRq5U6diXDf-sazHHqoWvwQk0cBIIXYbLYovZXs! Hope to see you there! #inclusivethesterofwny#itowny#theboysnextdoor#inclusionrevolution☺️👏🏼
