Umar Azam is excited to be working again with inclusive Theater of WNY as a first time director of three of the plays and as Eron (Ronnie the Audition Slayer) and Laundro (Laundro’s Mismatched Plight). His past work includes the 48 hour film festival with green buffalo productions (GBP), “As You Like It” (Charles/ Jaques de boys) via Inclusive Theater, Drake in the musical “Annie”, and Beads in “everything’s groovy” . He also wrote “Turn me in” which won GBP’s quarantine quarters writing challenge, in addition to handful of other plays and screenplays. Next up is Jessica Levesque! Jess plays Sonia in “Paisley, Fire, and Stone!”About Jess: Since graduating high school, Jess has appeared in a number of plays , dances , films and even had a spot on a National TV series! She was in a play at Theatre Loft, in collaboration with Ujima Theatre Company in 2014, which won kudos from critics and she also appeared on stage at Alleyway Theatre in Baroness von Smith’s “And Where Will You Put the Things You Save.” Jess played the role of Alex; a young woman with autism who plays Roller Derby and has been biohacked!
Since the pandemic she has continued to act in online plays, beauty pageants, and promoting body positivity and inclusion. After a few bouts of Directing for ITOWNY and a film project and a few music videos, one of the Music videos was for a haunted house attraction in 2021 . Jessica will be walking her first red carpet premiere at horrorhound for a film that she will be on called Fred Heads documentary this year . Jess is excited to return to the stage in this production!

Mary Eckstein (Eloise/Between Two Worlds; Dr. Kellogg/Therapy) has been involved in (community) theater since 1978 and has performed with numerous theater groups in Wyoming, Livingston, Genesee and Erie counties. Mary hails from the hills of Wyoming County where she lives with her husband, Mark, who shares her love of theater. Mary has enjoyed performing with ITOWNY and was especially delighted to share the stage with fellow Wyoming County actress, Susan Acker. Welcome Mary!! About Sarah: Sarah Henderson is a writer, actor and director that’s been working in theater for nearly 10 years. This is her first time working with Inclusive Theater of WNY, but not her last! She has performed in several different plays including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as Mrs Beauregard, Dracula as a vampire vixen, a hippie flower child in the musical Everything’s Groovy, and many more. She’s also written and directed her own short film Look Up which is now in post production. Sarah plays Alice in I Just Want to Be Held, and Phase One in Pandemic. Susan Acker is very excited to be performing in her first show with ITOWNY! She has appeared in numerous shows over the years including Cinderella, Christmas Chaos and Mousetrap. She especially enjoys showcasing local playwrights and has had roles in numerous shorts, including Woman in the Box, I Just Wanted to Say and A Simple Game With Death.
